Dave D'Onofrio Yacht Sales will be changing with the times as we restructure our commission split along with most of our fellow FYBA members and the Yacht Brokerage Community.  As of 12/1/02 our firm will be a 60/40 operation. (60% Sales) / (40% Central Listing) for any of our listings under $100k the commission structure is 50% Sales / 50% Listing.

Please make a note that this commission split will apply to all of our current central listings and as well as all future central listings.
